DSG7 / DQ200 Torsen Differential
RTMG Performance release a torsen limited slip differential for DSG7 / DQ200 (0AM/0CW) of VW Group . The RTMG Torsen is Type A which use helical gears. The Torsen differential works just like a conventional differential but can lock up if a torque imbalance occurs.During acceleration under asymmetric traction conditions, so long as the higher traction side can handle the higher percentage of applied torque, no relative wheelspin will occur. When the traction difference exceeds the TBR, the slower output side of the differential receives the tractive torque of the faster wheel multiplied by the TBR; any extra torque remaining from applied torque contributes to the angular acceleration of the faster output side of the differential. The RTMG DQ200 Torsen differential helps a lot car which use DSG7 because they have very short gear ratios and they have wheel spin, our Differential eliminate this situation as also helps a lot for track use !features. RTMG Set 1.4 TSI Baffled Catch Can
TMG Performance is pleased to present the best crankcase oil vapor separator for universal applications.The oil catch can helps for the longevity of the direct injection engines (FSI,TSI,TFSI,THP,GDI etc.).
The problem in these engines is carbon build up on the intake valves because the fuel is injected direct to the combustion chamber and doesn’t clean the intake valves which build up carbon from the oil fumes of the stock PCV Valve ,with the TMG Baffled Catch Can you can reduce up to 60% of the carbon build up on the intake valves. The catch can prevent oil pooling in the inter-cooler and inter-cooler hoses.
Our three stage Baffling system features a unique direct path to the bottom of the can for the heavy oil vapors , secondly the three stages baffle design catch the lighter oil vapors, the result is that the returned fumes/vapors are cleaned 99% .

DSG7/DQ200 Clutch Pack with Kevlar discs (MY2012+)
New DSG7 - DQ200 Complete Clutch Pack from LUK with Kevlar discs!
Kevlar material otherwise known as Aramid, is a composite material which has good friction properties and maintains it's mechanical properties in elevated temperatures. Therefore we replace the clutch discs with Kevlar for increased durability!
This particular clutch is rated for 20-30% more torque capacity compared to the stock clutch. However, it has been tested successfully in applications with up to 470NM of torque.Â

RTMG Direct Carbon Cold Air Intake VW Golf - Scirocco 1.4 TSI
New Carbon Direct Cold Air Intake suitable for VW Golf V / Golf VI / Scirocco 1.4 TSI Twincharged EA111.
The new Direct intake system bolts directly on to the front of the vehicle without the need of extra silicone couplers and ducts. It is designed to feed the engine with cold air coming from the front of the vehicle.
This design allows air to travel with minimal restriction and follows a very short path to the engine. This results in increased airflow, better throttle response and a crisp engine sound that enhances the driving experience.
The use of vaccum infused carbon fiber reduces heat transfer from the hot engine bay air to the cold air charge coming from the front grille and thus performance is improved significantly. This also results in less heat soak at low speed city driving or traffic.

RTMG Relief Valve 1.4 TSI Twincharger EA111
The RTMG Performance Pressure Relief valve is a bolt-on valve that replaces the factory plastic Diverter Valve that fails often. The Valve works perfectly without any check engine light in the dashboard and it is operated by a solenoid controlled from the ECU. The Piston type valve is engineered to remedy the issues experienced with the factory valves when their diaphragm rapture or when their piston breaks which result in boost leak and premature wear of the turbocharger. Our valve is designed to work lifetime without failure because it is serviceable.

1.4 TSI Twincharger Turbocharger Intake Hose
This particular kit is an intake hose that joins one end of the supercharger flap assembly to the intake of the turbocharger. The tubing's inside diameter is significantly increased compared to the stock intake tubing and thus airflow restriction is minimized. The billet aluminum end fittings fit on both ends just like the stock system and thus proper sealing is ensured.
Optionally the billet aluminum ends can be hard anodized with colour which increases surface hardness and provides a corrosion-resistant film on the aluminum.
This option is available as "color" in the drop-down menu.
The silicone hose helps to keep the intake air temperature cold since silicone has a low thermal conductivity, especially compared to aluminum or stainless steel tubing.

Turbo Upgrade: This option requires to ship your stock K03 turbocharger out of a 1.4TSI and it is mandatory that your turbo has no cracks or damage in the turbine and compressor housings. Your order will be processed after we receive and check your turbocharger, if your cartridge is damaged there is an additional cost for replacing it with a new one, in this case, you will be informed via e-mail or phone call. The hybrid 380RS turbocharger that you will receive has the following brand new parts: large billet compressor wheel, large turbine wheel. The compressor and turbine housings are being thoroughly checked and then are machined with the appropriate tolerance in CNC machines in order to work with the large wheels.
Refurbished: With this option, you will receive a hybrid 380RS turbo that has the following brand new parts: large billet compressor wheel, large turbine wheel, cartridge with more durable thurst bearings. The compressor and turbine housings are refurbished and after being thoroughly checked and then are machined with the appropriate tolerance in CNC machines in order to work with the 380RS large wheels.
New: With this option, you will get a 380RS Hybrid turbo which is based in an OEM brand new BorgWarner K03 turbocharger which is then converted to a 380RS.
Wastegate Exchange: with this option, if your stock wastegate is fully functional it will be modified with stiffer spring.
New Wastegate: with this option, you will get a new wastegate with stiffer spring.
After lots of dyno and road tests, we managed to create a new turbocharger system suitable for daily use thanks to the selected turbine wheel - shaft that ensures optimal response and reduced backpressure.
We machine and manufacture all parts in our CNC HAAS milling VF4 4 -Axis machine and our CNC HAAS turning SL20 3 - Axis machine, made in the USA, with 0.001mm accuracy. The turbocharger calibration is made in a machine, constructed in Italy, with 0.8-1.0 G Force accuracy.
We engineer, design, and manufacture all our products according to the ISO 9001:2008 certification.
The compressor wheel is manufactured out of solid (billet) high-quality aluminum. The upgraded "gen 2" compressor wheel is much larger than the stock unit and thus has greatly improved flow characteristics while maintaining low weight due to it's construction and alloy.
The turbine wheel and shaft are much larger than the stock as well. This improves turbine's exhaust gas flow and reduces backpressure. The reduced back pressure allows for more ignition timing and an overall broader torque curve. The 380RS is a bolt-on for power and torque gains with the appropriate supporting mods.
The design of the wheels might change due to product upgrades.

*Reconditioned turbos are purchased used, checked, and reconstructed. In case a defect is detected, which cannot be checked by RTMG machines, you have to return the turbo to us and we will replace it with another reconditioned (if there is in stock), or we can replace it with a new hybrid turbo, in this case, you need to pay us the balance, or you send us your own turbo stock to rebuild it (if it is in a situation where it is allowed to be rebuilt) and we return the financial difference that arises.
